Welcome to the City of London Best Start Family Hub – an easy place online to find information on support and services for children and young people aged 0-19 and their families in the City of London.
Here you can also access support for children and young people with special educational needs (SEND) and care leavers up to the age of 25.
This online hub, for residents who access services within the Square Mile, brings together information and support, including Best Start in Life (0-5s), SEND and youth services, under one place. Services will continue to be delivered at sites across the City of London.

You can also get involved to have your say about how we develop the Best Start Family Hub by joining our Family Design Lab. 

Need help finding something
If you’re not able to find what you need on the Best Start Family Hub, and would like help navigating the resource, you can contact us by calling 020 3838 1420 or emailing BestStartFamilyHub@cityoflondon.gov.uk.
If you would prefer to see us in person, you can drop-in and speak to one of our friendly team members on Mondays between 9-5pm at our Guildhall office.
Simply come along to the North Wing Reception and say you’re here for the family hub drop-in. You don’t have to book in advance.

It’s important to us that City of London residents have opportunities to have their say in the process. One of the ways you can get involved is by joining our Family Design Lab. It is a group open to all children, young people, parents and carers, who live in the City of London, or engage with City of London Early Help, youth and family services.
