Attention Parents - Are you parenting a child with ADHD?

The Parents Plus ‘Children’s ADHD Programme’ is a course runs over eight group sessions (each 2 hours long) in the London Museum Studios. Starting on 24 February at 10.30 and finishing on 21 April.  Introductory appointments will be arranged on the week beginning 9 February 2026. 

The course is free to attend and is open to all parents and carers of children aged 6-12 with ADHD whether they have a diagnosis or not. We will meet all parents individually before the group starts to discuss their individual goals and needs.

We support parents to:

• Personally cope and manage stress
• Understand ADHD and how to help your child
• Problem-solve and deal with challenges
• Understand the role of medication

We support children to:

• Have a positive understanding of ADHD
• Gain confidence and self-esteem
• Navigate school and homework
• Manage feelings and build friendships
