Safer Schools App
The City of London Corporation's Safer Schools App provides support on topics including sexting, bullying, mental health, media literacy, gaming and sexual exploitation online.
Whilst ordinarily designed for use by individual schools, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been released by the City of London for use by all teachers, school staff, other safeguarding professionals and parents/carers.
To download, go to the App Store or to Google Play Store (for Android) and search for Safer School.
Make sure to allow push notifications to keep up to date with tips, advice and guidance on how to make your pupils/children safer.
After you have downloaded the App, use your phone/tablet camera to scan the QR code below:
If your child attends primary school scan this: Code
If you child attends secondary school scan this: Code
Once you have scanned the QR code, the Safer School App will be activated.
If you are unable to scan the QR Code, enter City of London Safer Schools in the "select your school" field. Press continue, then enter 7440 if your child attends primary school or 7675 if your child attends secondary school.
