Portage is a home-visiting educational service for pre-school children with additional support needs and their families.

Our model of learning comprises:

• Regular home visiting
• Supporting the development of play, communication, relationships, and learning within the family
• Supporting the child and family's participation and inclusion in the community 
• Helping parents to identify and plan goals for learning and participation

Portage is a home-visiting educational service for pre-school children with developmental or learning difficulties, physical disabilities or other special needs.

It helps parents to encourage their children's development by suggesting activities and daily routines to make learning fun.
