Description
Alzheimer's Society (City and Hackney) offers information, advice, signposting and support to people affected by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, and to their families and carers.
Services include:
- Dementia Adviser service
- Leisure and well-being service
- 'Younger People with Dementia' group
- Dementia Cafes
Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Messages can be left on the answerphone.
