Disabled Children's Register

We use the register to ensure that we have the right services in place to meet the needs of our community.

The Disabled Children’s Register is the register of children and young people (birth to 19 years) living in the City of London who have special needs and disabilities (SEND).

The register also enables us to:

  • provide information, advice and support tailored to your child’s needs
  • inform you of agencies and organisations that specialise in working with children with SEND children
  • keep you up to date with the latest developments in education, treatment and care

Joining the register is entirely voluntary, but the more information we can gather about the needs of disabled children the better we can serve them. Apart from personal details, the type of information we collect includes:

  • childcare provider or school your child attends
  • services they access
  • their diagnosis

You will not be asked to prove the nature of your child’s condition before they can be included on the register, and no assessment will be made.

Once you register you will receive a free Max Card which gives you fantastic discounts to activities and theme parks.
